What is VoiceEMR® ?

VoiceEMR® is a service that allows physicians to dictate surgeries and patient encounters through their iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch and transmit them to a dedicated WorkSmart MD EHR Advisor®. Our EHR Advisors® receive the digital dictation and create an electronic progress note for the physician to sign-off on.

How does VoiceEMR® differ from traditional dictation?

Traditional dictation creates voice to text. With VoiceEMR® a dedicated EHR Advisor® takes the dictation and docu-ments the visit or surgery within your electronic health record system.

What about accuracy?

Our EHR Advisors® have years of extensive transcription and clinical experience. They receive the audio dictation electronically, complete the progress note and prepare it for the physician to review and sign-off electronically. Sur¬geries, consults, and visits are documented accurately, every time.

What Changes for the Physician?

The largest road block to successfully using an electronic health record system is finding the time to sit down and document a patient visit. With VoiceEMR® physicians continue with the same dictation process they are accustomed to and our EHR Advisors® ensure everything is transcribed and recorded properly.
