WorkSmart MD EHR Advisors must have a minimum of 3 years clinical experience and be tech savvy. Our EHR Advisors understand the HITECH Act meaningful use requirements and work to help our clients demonstrate meaningful use. In addition, they provide the behind the scenes support to ensure that the EHR is being properly utilized and clinical documents get to the right staff member.
As a potential member of the WorkSmart MD A/R Support team you must have a minimum of 3 years medical billing experience. We will be looking to see that you have experience reviewing claims, working insurance denials and aging reports, posting explanation of benefits (EOB’s), and ensuring claims get paid the first time. Attention to detail and accuracy are critical components. We welcome your application but only the best need apply.
We require a minimum of 10 years experience for all our supervisory staff. As a member of the supervisory team you are the checks and balance to ensure we exceed our promises to our customers. You’ll manage 5-10 A/R Managers and be auditing their performance.

As an outbound sales rep you’ll be responsible for supporting a member of the sales team by scheduling appointments and reaching out to prospective clients. You’ll be handsomely rewarded when your leads developing into clients.
As a member of our patient support staff you would be responsible for customer service to our client’s patients. Professionalism and courtesy are key.
